Please copy and fax back your Application Form. According to our By-Laws, your application must be accompanied by the following documents, as stated in the admission criteria: either a copy of your university degree in the professional category in which you wish to be accepted, or a reference letter from your employer, or from two different clients, attesting your experience in the profession. Please note that a non-refundable $75 application fee (free for students) must accompany your application. This amount will be credited towards your first membership fee. The annual membership fee is $315.27 for candidates for certification and $350.30 for certified members. Our membership year runs from January 1 to December 31.
